BIO
Born in Durham, North Carolina, and raised p in Cocoa Beach, FL, Harris spent his youth surfing. After high school, Vic enrolled in the US Army Airborne where he served eight years including "Operation Iraqi Freedom".

After his military service, Harris enrolled at the International Academy of Design & Technology-Tampa to major in Interior Design. It was at IADT, that students in the Digital Media program turned him on to acting. After being cast in the lead role of the film "Eden's Legacy," Harris quickly set his sights on moving to LA.

After only two weeks in Hollywood, boxes still unpacked, he landed a role as a secret service agent in the film "The Genius Club" (starring Tom Sizemore and Stephen Baldwin). Soon after, was featured in "Reno 911: Miami" and had a recurring role on "Commander In Chief". Harris then landed a recurring role on "General Hospital" as well as appearing on camera HGTV design shows.
